During these times we hear about people who have, unfortunately, died from the virus. On the other hand, you can build up your immune system and take a preventive approach instead of just sitting at home worrying if you will be the next person who will get the corona virus.
Of course you need to use a mask in public in enclosed spaces. Of course you should wash your hands before you leave and when you return home. These are two very important actions you should take right now.
I also tell people about an item called "Copper Zap." It was developed by a man who read about research done on the use of copper for virus prevention. Several hospitals put in copper door knobs and faucets because of this research. They did their own research and found that viruses were cut by 50% when they installed these copper items. The man who invented Copper Zap used it several years himself and also tried it out on friends and family members. Most eliminated colds and flu from their lives. Those who did have cold and flu viruses had very mild versions. Even people with sinus problems found relief using the Copper Zap. Go to CopperZap.com to read about the research. I have tried this item out myself and so far I have avoided getting the corona virus.

Going on a fast in consultation with a health care provider can be helpful. You can also do a low key fast of consuming just one fruit or vegetable each day for three days. You can also just eat a variety of fruits and vegetables for three days. Probiotics are very helpful in crowding out the bad bacteria and viruses in the body.
